The NC training ministry operates three schools that deepen each core theme around the three axes of "Word," "finance," and "leadership." Each school systematizes its educational content around a symbolic image based on gospel principles. This threefold structure uses the structure of an arrow as an analogy. The Word is like the arrow shaft, forming the foundation and central axis; finance is like the arrowhead, representing practical execution in real situations; and leadership serves as the bow that draws it and sets its direction.
Shema Word School is based on the Shema spirit, "Hear the Word, engrave it on your heart, and practice it in life," and provides training that establishes the Bible not as mere knowledge but as the central value of life. It uses "reading through the Bible once in 100 days" as its basic program and aims to practice and multiply living by the Word together in community.
"Shema" is Hebrew and means "hear." Shema Word School is not a school that studies knowledge about the Bible. Shema Word School is a school that hears the Word God is speaking to us today.
Today we dream of revival. We can say that "revival has come" only when individual lives are first renewed, the church community is re-evangelized, and then every sphere of society, including politics, economy, mass media, science and technology, arts, family, and religion, reaches reformation by being governed by the Word of God, that is, His principles and character.
For this work, NCMN is leading the "Christian civilization reformation movement." Christian civilization reformation, that is, revival, is surely accomplished as the Word of God flourishes. Therefore, now is first the time for the Word to flourish.
Shema Word School is a school that hears the Word of God speaking to us today for revival in this land, and a school that trains so that through our lives of obedience to that Word, the rule of the Word may come upon the homes, churches, workplaces, and every sphere where we belong.
God created people according to His image and caused them to cultivate this earth. The toledoth, the lineage and genealogy of people who cultivate and govern this earth according to God's will, continues to this day.
