Cherry Multiplication Movement

The Cherry Multiplication Movement is "a leader (NCer) multiplication movement that changes me through biblical leadership training and changes every sphere of society where I belong." With the confession, "I am a leader! I am a minister!" it takes Jesus Christ, the most excellent leader, as the role model of leadership.

The vision of the Cherry Multiplication Movement is that Nations-Changers establish the kingdom of God and reveal the glory of God among all peoples and in every sphere. Its mission is to raise Nations-Changers through the Cherry Multiplication Movement and Cherry School, open the era of a unified Korea together with local churches, and further build Korea as a nation that serves the world.

The Word is Isaiah 54:2-3. We hold to the Word, "Enlarge the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; do not hold back; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes. For you will spread abroad to the right and to the left, and your offspring will possess the nations and will people the desolate cities."

Through history at home and abroad, we have seen that the direction of organizations, cities, societies, and nations differs dramatically depending on what kind of leadership is exercised. The future of Korea and the Korean church is determined by right leadership. The future of the Korean church is connected to the future of Korea, East Asia, and the global village.

Through the 1988 Seoul Olympics, Korea rose as "Korea in the world"; through the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup, it rose as "Korea with the world." Now, through the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, it is moving toward "Korea serving the world." At such a time, we must understand and practice right leadership through the Bible and become Christians who exert holy influence.

Christians who respond to the demand of this age are called Nations-Changers. This is leadership that establishes the kingdom of God in every sphere of society through the power of the Holy Spirit on the basis of biblical principles. The most astonishing Nations-Changer in history is Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the most astonishing role model we must learn from and follow.

Revelation 5:5-6 introduces Jesus Christ as the Lion of the tribe of Judah and the Lamb of God. In right leadership, the lamb shows the right attitude, and the lion shows the right action. Through Jesus Christ, we seek to imitate and follow this leadership.

David, the king of Israel, is the leader who most resembled Jesus Christ. He learned prayer in the school of Christ, cultivated character, practiced the right use of authority, and learned self-leadership. As he gradually moved from a small group to a large group, from small work to great work, and from the wilderness to the palace, he learned, practiced, and lived out the leadership of the lamb and the lion, becoming a true Nations-Changer.

The Cherry Multiplication Movement develops and trains these elements of leadership so that we, created in the image of God, may live lives that influence this world and exercise right leadership that serves and governs. If we say amen to this calling, the Holy Spirit will always be with us, help us, and lead us.

The foundation of leadership is identity and calling. Knowing who I am becomes a firm foundation for leadership. A person who knows their calling has dynamism and drive in life and runs with continual passion.

The training content is to learn the right attitudes and right actions of Jesus, our role model. Participants are prepared as influential leaders by training in right attitudes such as meekness, humility, compassion, and holiness, and right actions such as faithfulness, obedience, honesty, unity, justice, counter-spirit, and devotion. They also train in biblical methods for exercising right leadership, such as Emblepo, self-leadership, the Johari window, and MSA Factor.

To participate, pray and form a group of at least three people including yourself who will train together, and create a small-group KakaoTalk room. Enter the whole Cherry Multiplication Movement KakaoTalk room and fill out the Cherry Multiplication Training start report link at the top. Training proceeds by forwarding meditations, training progress, and videos from the whole room to the small group room, and by holding on-site or online small-group meetings every two weeks or every week to share the training content.

After one month or a sufficient period of training, each small-group member forms a new small group and multiplies. Church small groups, officer training, workplace training, family worship, Christian schools, and other contexts can join the training. The training cycle runs monthly, using King's Leadership and the workbook, and after completing one month of training, participants repeat the training.

Changer Leadership School, or Cherry School, is the most excellent and effective school for learning and practicing the leadership of Jesus Christ in order to influence family, workplace, church, and social communities. Ministry schedules can be checked and school applications submitted through the NCMN website.

Overseas Cherry Multiplication Training is training for overseas residents and foreigners. It is held three times a year as ten weeks of online education on Mondays from 20:00 to 22:00. Participants can check and apply in the whole Cherry Multiplication Movement KakaoTalk room, and a small-group staff member from the Cherry Multiplication Movement headquarters is assigned so that training takes place by small group.
