The human image pursued by NCMN Christian School is an NCer who resembles Jesus. The core Word is Luke 2:52: "And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man."
Jesus' growth model is people, wisdom, God, and stature. People means a person who resembles the character of Jesus, loves neighbors, and has leadership; as an NCer with character, it refers to growth in the social sphere. Wisdom means a person who knows the wisdom of the Creator; as an NCer with intellect, it refers to growth in the intellectual sphere.
God means a person who acts by the power of the Holy Spirit in the Word; as an NCer with spirituality, it refers to growth in the spiritual sphere. Stature means a person who manages the body well and has physical strength and athletic ability; as an NCer with physical strength, it refers to growth in the physical sphere.
The educational goal is to train Nations-Changers who are equipped with spirituality, character, intellect, and physical strength, lead Christian civilization reformation, and transform every sphere of society, the eight spheres. The core Word is 2 Peter 1:5-7: "For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love."
An NCer with spirituality is a leader who walks with God through the Word and prayer. Students practice a worship-centered life, meditate on the Word and read through the Bible daily, memorize Scripture, and train in a life of walking with God through King's Finance and Shema education, Daniel prayer and intercession movements, and participation in domestic and overseas Hero Camps.
An NCer with character is a leader who serves and governs the nations with the heart of Jesus. Through Changer Leadership education, the elder-younger sibling project, student-led club activities, and domestic and overseas 5K Movement and outreach, students learn love for neighbors and leadership.
An NCer with intellect is a leader with creative and convergent capacity, equipped with both faithfulness of faith and competence. Through Bible-based integrated education, non-graded English and math classes, discussion, presentation and reading education, and career exploration programs in the eight spheres, students train growth in the intellectual sphere.
An NCer with physical strength is a leader trained as a strong soldier of Christ and equipped with self-management ability. Through physical education and outdoor activities, health, safety, and respect-for-life education, community project activities, My5K, and family union programs, students train growth in the physical sphere.
