NC Theological Seminary begins with the confession, "The field is the place of ministry, and ministry is the field." NCMN Theological Seminary opened in 2025 to recover the biblical model of the church and train all-terrain pastoral ministers and field ministers who will change the paradigm of modern society.
NC Theological Seminary presents a new paradigm of ministry. Through the vision the Lord gave to the churches, Habakkuk 2:14, it aims to train church leaders and pastors devoted to bringing dynamic transformation to the churches in the eight spheres, the life fields of believers, raising the field-centered six movements among churches, and fulfilling the mission God gave the church, Matthew 28:18-20.
This program also presents a model of bivocational ministry in which field ministers exercise both their professional expertise and spiritual leadership, that is, pastoral ministry, in their own vocations.
The core value of the school is Back to the Biblical Church. Restoring the model of the early church means reproducing the dynamic form of the early church testified by Scripture in today's church community.
Field-centered spirituality does not remain at theological knowledge, but trains practical ministers who solve problems in real fields of life, such as economy, education, and the arts.
Breaking the dualism of ministry tears down the wall between sacred pastoral ministry and secular occupation, and raises leaders who cultivate every sphere as a holy mission field.
A feature of NC Theological Seminary education is revival theology that applies NCMN's biblical principles to the ministry field. It applies NCMN's biblical principles established through King's Finance, King's Wisdom, King's Word, and more to the ministry field.
Another feature is practical pastoral leadership. Moving beyond theory-centered classes, it strengthens practical capacity to carry out field ministry and pastoral ministry together.
A strong network is also a feature of the education. It provides multidimensional ministry support through unity with Nations-Changers active in every field of society.
