Škola vedení Changer pursues leadership equipped with both the lion-like leadership and lamb-like leadership of Jesus Christ, and trains changer leaders who exert influence in every sphere of society. This school focuses not only on becoming a leader, but on "leadership multiplication," becoming a leader who raises leaders, and leads participants to actually raise, serve, and train at least three disciples.

Jesus ministered with a team of twelve members. The vision of this team was astonishingly the salvation of all humanity. If people who knew the members of this team had heard Jesus' vision, they would have run to Jesus immediately and told Him more than a hundred reasons why it could not work.

"Jesus, do you know how uneducated the twelve people You recruited are? Those people have rough personalities and will break teamwork. Among the twelve, not one person is interested in Your vision. Your vision is possible only with people who have good character, good family background, study abroad experience, or at least a doctoral degree." Yet the astonishing result is that the Lord fulfilled the vision with the twelve.

How was such a thing possible? The answer is the leadership Jesus possessed. Jesus knew exactly who He was and what His mission was.

In Matthew 16:15-17, because Jesus' identity was the Son of God, He could respond to truth rather than react to external circumstances that could wound Him, such as the poor environment into which He was born, His lack of formal learning, or His unimpressive appearance.

Because His mission was clear, He did not wander or say that He would die from hunger or quit because it was too hard. The starting point of Jesus' leadership was knowing His identity and mission exactly.

Jesus is the master of self-leadership, leading Himself. He always began the day by coming before God, seeking God's will, and seeking God's power. Just as one fully charges a smartphone with a charger in order to use it well all day, He remained before God who fills, filled Himself with the fullness and power God gives, and then began His day.

Jesus did only what God told Him to do, and because He did the work entrusted to Him by the power God gave, there was no such word as burnout. The Lord led His life with excellent self-leadership.

Jesus had lamb leadership that succeeds in relationships with people and lion leadership that can accomplish the vision entrusted to Him. Revelation 5:5 and 6 describe Jesus as both the Lamb and the Lion.

This expresses the nature of Jesus' leadership. Lamb leadership refers to leadership Jesus exercises toward people, such as humility, meekness, and honesty, while the lion expresses leadership He exercises when completing the mission entrusted to Him, such as faithfulness, the power of the Holy Spirit, and devotion.

On the foundation of self-leadership, Jesus exercised lamb leadership and lion leadership and completed the ministry entrusted to Him.
