King's Business is the business of God the King, a business where God is the owner. A business whose owner is God is managed by God's character and God's principles.

Because King's Business is managed by biblical financial principles, it provides honest, transparent, and excellent goods and services. On the other hand, it prioritizes serving marginalized neighbors, and in obedience to God's Word it shares and flows out business profit. Our hope is that such a culture becomes mainstream in the economic sphere of our nation.

NCMN King's Business is a community of entrepreneurs who train together and grow together to become such businesses. The vision of King's Business is to establish God's kingdom in the economic sphere through businesses where God is Master.

Within NCMN, which leads Christian civilization reformation in every sphere of society, the vision of King's Business is in the economic sphere. Ultimately, the vision is that God's honesty will work and God's kingdom will come in the economic sphere.

The economic sphere is a place where wealth multiplies and has the privilege of serving other spheres with wealth. King's Business also has a mission to help God's kingdom come in other spheres through the economic sphere.

The mission of King's Business is to raise 10,000 King's Businesses trained in biblical financial principles and leadership, and to expand Christian civilization reformation as holy-rich businesses that make the nations prosperous according to the priestly calling that turns every sphere back to the Lord. In the future, 10,000 King's Businesses will arise in this land, train and grow together with the same vision, and lead Christian civilization reformation.

The operating principle of King's Business is to manage businesses according to the thorough principle of the Word. It follows kingdom principles beyond the laws and order of the world, pursues debt-free management and the history of multiplication, and changes the master by no longer borrowing and by resolving liabilities. It acknowledges God as the owner of the business and establishes a business whose Master is God by obeying the Lord's voice.

The core value of NCMN King's Business is INTEGRITY. INTEGRITY means undivided wholeness. It is revealed in the life of King's Business through various values: honesty, diligence, patience, devotion, and sharing.

Honesty is wholeness in which the outside and inside are not different. We do not hold two hearts, and we do not keep two kinds of weights. We pursue honesty in finance, honesty in relationships with customers, and honesty in goods and services. Honesty is the core of King's Business wholeness, that is, INTEGRITY, and the life of King's Business. "Honest business! King's Business!" This is our slogan.

Diligence is wholeness when working. It appears as diligence, sincerity, and steadiness. Doing the best my business can do and providing excellent goods and services is the value King's Business pursues. Like God who is still working without rest, King's Business works diligently.

Patience is maintaining our wholeness until God's promises are fulfilled. To fulfill the vision of King's Business, there are many mountains before us, and within each member business there are many assignments to resolve. Yet even amid difficult realities, hardship, and suffering, we do not lose vision and hope but move forward.

Devotion is the life of a person who knows that I and you, I and the community, and I and the kingdom of God are not divided from one another. My devotion is for me, for the community, and for God. The wholeness pursued by King's Business is revealed through a devoted life and makes this land beautiful.

Sharing is the purpose of the profit King's Business pursues. We are people who go beyond earning money to give to others; we earn money in order to give to others. This is obedience to God's Word and an expression of wholeness that serves not money but God alone.

King's Business takes constant flowing out, from helping difficult neighbors around my business to helping people in need in North Korea and overseas, as its joy and reason for existence as a business. This connects to the Hnutí 5K. It also has the mission of multiplying wealth and sharing it with other spheres so that God's kingdom may come in every sphere of this nation.

The Words given to King's Business are Isaiah 60, Deuteronomy 8, and Isaiah 45. Isaiah 60:1 proclaims, "Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you"; verse 5 speaks of the wealth of the sea and the wealth of the nations coming; and verse 22 promises that the least one shall become a clan and the smallest one a mighty nation, and that the LORD will hasten it in its time.

Deuteronomy 8:18 says, "You shall remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day." Isaiah 45:1-3 is the Word in which the LORD holds the right hand of His anointed, Cyrus, goes before him to level rough places, and gives him treasures of darkness and hidden riches in secret places so that he may know the LORD, the God of Israel.

King's Business, as a vision community, always strives to gather together and pursue oneness. All members hold one whole gathering and one small-group gathering each month. This is both the right and duty of King's Business members.

Small groups in King's Business consist of 5-10 members, and in each small group a leader of ten leads the gathering. Five leaders of ten are served by a leader of fifty, and two leaders of fifty are served by a leader of one hundred, so that the Lord's will is fulfilled through a biblical authority structure.

The leaders of King's Business discuss and decide important matters of King's Business through separate gatherings, namely meetings of leaders of ten and leadership team meetings. They strive to grow and become one through regular workshops, there are vision camps and sports days in which all King's Business members and families participate, and every quarter a special early-morning prayer meeting is held with all King's Business members participating.

King's Business recruits new members from graduates after NCMN King's Finance School, which is held three to four times each year. Application forms are distributed online, and final acceptance is decided through interviews. We look forward to the interest and participation of entrepreneurs who want to expect great things from God and attempt great things for God.

Applicant eligibility requires completion of NCMN King's Finance School. Eligible applicants include individual and corporate business owners operating businesses in their own name, people who own 50% or more of the relevant business or are professional managers, or people who plan to establish a business within one year and have a clear business plan.

The Podnik sdílení lásky 5K Movement is a movement that practices love toward neighbors who need service within a 5km radius of King's Businesses. It holds to Deuteronomy 15:11: "You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land."

The goal of the Podnik sdílení lásky 5K Movement is for businesses operating in various industries, such as restaurants, beauty salons, hospitals, and academies, to become channels through which the love of Jesus flows to nearby 5K recipients with absolute needs through the businesses' goods.
